Structural constituency data
The structural data for the constituencies of the 20th German Bundestag include data on the area and population, land use, construction activity and housing, stock of passenger cars, business register, school leavers from vocational and general education schools, children’s day care, national accounts of the Länder, employees subject to social insurance contributions, recipients of unemployment benefit and of social allowance and unemployment rates. The raw data for the structural constituency data are predominantly from the “Regional Database Deutschland”, a joint publication of the Federal Statistical Office and the statistical offices of the Länder.
